No, it is not necessary that you are home the entire time that I am cleaning as it can take a few hours depending on the type of cleaning you've selected. Some clients are home to let me into their home and then leave for work or errands as I work. Some other options are to give a unique door code or key for entry into your home.

Yes, ordinarily if you would like the room you are working in to be cleaned, I can complete other spaces and save that particular space for last.

No, this is not necessary unless you have a preference and would like me to use what you provide. This will need to be discussed at the consultation.

Please pick up and remove all clutter from all rooms that you would like cleaned. This makes for a smoother clean that takes less time. Additionally, any rooms that you would like to be cleaned, please leave the door open. If you would like specific rooms skipped, please shut the door.

I do not handle animal or human bio-waste, mold remediation or post-pest fumigation spaces due to health regulations. Additionally, if there are any spaces that can not be reached by a step ladder safely, I will not be able to clean them. Please see contract for additional information. 

At the time of booking a deposit of at least 50 % is due. The remaining amount is due on the date of seervice before the cleaning begins. Clients can also pay the full amount at the time of booking. 

We also offer the following services for an additional fee. These services vary depending on customer preference and amount of cleaning necessary:

• Interior oven or refrigerator cleaning, starting at $50

• Baseboards (items and furniture will need to be moved prior to cleaning)

• Detailing blinds to remove dust, dirt and stains (as best as possible)
